MOD SPANISH RANCH

When approached to reconfigure this awkward floor plan and re-imagine this outdated Spanish home, we took on the challenge! The main focus here was staying true to home's Spanish architecture, but bringing it up to date. We blended the vintage details with the modern/clean lines with this design! This home was an investment property, meaning the home was purchased, renovated and put back on the market. We completely relocated the laundry room to expand the kitchen, creating a dedicated butler's pantry and bar enclosed by two charming archways. The outdated nook bump-out was replaced with a 12' slider to the pool. We added a double sink to the guest bath along with replacing all of the finishes and fixtures. A trim wall with hanging terrazzo pendant lights were added to the master bedroom. The master bath was expanded to allow for double sinks and a large walk-in shower. This home was under contract after a week on the market.
